An opportunity for women to learn how to press play and not pause. Peri Menopause ( up to 5 years before menstruation stops) and post Menopausal women can lose lean mass and gain fat despite sticking to the same diet and exercise routines as hey always have. Athletic women can experience a drop in form and an increase in injuries. It is not all about hot flushes! This workshop explains what hormonal changes occur, how they can affect every cell of the body. The nutritional and exercise strategies we can apply to help navigate Menopause and beyond.
