Aim of the workshop: The aim of this workshop is to help beginner/intermediate 'exercisers' gain the knowledge and skills needed to lift safely and effectively with an emphasis on 'the big three', The Squat, Deadlift & Bench press. Course content: - Why we lift - Prerequisites for every lift - The set up - Breath mechanics - Resistance training principles - Squat breakdown - Bench press breakdown - Deadlift breakdown - Movement variables - Resources to assist lifting & when to use them - Mobility for lifting - Questions & answers Course leader: Joshua Tills (Fitsolution training coach)
